Ingredients

• 2.5oz gin
• 0.75oz dry vermouth
• 1 lemon twist

Instructions

1. Cut a lemon peel twist, rub it along the edge of a martini glass, then drop it inside.
2. Pour gin and vermouth into a mixing glass with ice; stir for 10 seconds, then strain into the glass.
